Job Description: You are in charge of taking customers orders at shop, on the phone, website & on Facebook, and answer any question they have in a professional, friendly and timely manner. You are also taking orders from our partner apps: Grab Food, Shopee Food, etc. You make sure to transfer a clear order to the kitchen staff, and make sure to check thoroughly the order before sening out the orders. You handle the cashier and billing & delivery to customers. You book transportation if needed and follow up on delivery to customers. You deal with feedbacks from customers, report to higher management team in a timely manner for quick responses and solutions. You support front of the house when needed Occasionally, you help in the day to day management of the restaurant: placing order to suppliers, receiving goods, paying and keeping tracking of daily expenses. You keep the working area clean and organized. Your skills: - Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written - Organized, reliable and trustworthy - Good team-working skill - Able to communicate efficiently with the customers and various professionals (drivers, apps contacts, suppliers…) Vị trí full time và part time, lương từ 30k/h
